Originally a one-man, garage-based operation more than three decades ago, Zelka was officially established in 2005 and has evolved into a certified refrigeration, EMS and HVAC contractor for large national chain retailers with locations in multiple states from New York to Florida—and growing nationally.

A selected contractor performing energy-saving existing store recommissioning, Zelka has completed 100+ sites across seven states. Our preventive maintenance program has a record of drastically reducing service calls and emergency breakdowns on refrigeration and HVAC systems and services national big box stores at 300 locations.
